Data Clarensis provides culinary products and services including but not limited to:

• Chef-crafted meal kit delivery
• Cooking workshops and classes
• Premium ingredient boxes
• Culinary gifts and accessories
• Recipe content and cooking guidance

4. Orders and Payment

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide alternatives or refund the unavailable items.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and notifying us of any issues within 48 hours.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Subscription Services

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items may have specific refund conditions.
